Business promotion manager with private financing

EnergyLab hires a business manager to develop the strategy to market its innovative services and solutions 


  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy to promote the center’s innovation services and solutions.
  • Identify business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential and current clients.
  • Expand client portfolio
  • Collaborate with Management in establishing sales objectives
  • Monitor the portfolio of offers and compliance with objectives.
  • Collaborate with the research team to understand and effectively transfer technological advances and developed solutions to the market
  • Identify the market needs in technological innovation and how to provide solutions to them
  • Participate in trade fairs, conferences and relevant events to increase the visibility of the center.
  • Collaborate with the Public Projects Office team to identify new opportunities and establish strategic alliances.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and advances in energy efficiency and sustainability.


  • Demonstrated experience of at least five years in sales and business development, in the field of innovation and preferably in energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Customer orientation
  • Solid knowledge of trends and technologies in energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Results orientation and ability to work towards objectives
  • Knowledge of the R&D&i ecosystem at the regional and national level will be positively valued.
  • Higher university degree, preferably Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineer, Energy Engineer, Mining Engineer (specialty in energy) or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Bachelor’s degree in Physics or related qualifications. MBA or similar training will be valued.
  • High level of English (C1) with negotiation level.

    • Driving license and own vehicle.
