Senior R&D technician specializing in water treatment / IoT

Job description:

Senior researcher specializing in water treatment to carry out the monitoring, management and technical execution of R&D&i projects with different technologies (membranes, biological, adsorption, electrochemical, nature-based solutions, etc.) for treatment wastewater, both urban and industrial, and drinking water, as well as the recovery of resources present in them (nutrients, metals, etc.).

Experience in genomics and molecular biology will be valued

Minimum requirements 

Doctorate in Chemical Engineering specialized in wastewater treatment

Languages: A high level of English is essential

Skills

• Experience in design, start-up and validation of pilot water treatment plants.
• Writing reports to obtain projects, reports and technical articles.
• Search for scientific and technical information. Contact with companies, universities, public research organizations.
• Generation of ideas and proposal of new R&D projects in national and international calls (Misiones, Horizon Europe, LIFE, etc.).
• Technical coordination capacity of consortia.
• Personnel management.
