AGENDA

Once again, ATIGA will take part in meetechSpain 2026, the annual meeting of Spain's technology centres, organised by Fedit. It is where Spanish industrial innovation meets, and it aims to bring applied R&D to companies.
This year's theme is "Habitability Beyond Earth". Human life in space will be used as a test case for Spain's technological capabilities in infrastructure, life support, robotics and logistics, communications and digitalisation, and dual-use and deep tech. The event is supported by the Spanish Space Agency, CDTI, the Community of Madrid and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office.
What attendees will find:
- Technology Challenge (14 Oct): teams made up of several centres have 24 hours to solve a real challenge set by a company. GMV leads this year's challenge.
- Tech&Touch (15 Oct): an area where visitors can see and handle 12 demonstrators and prototypes in energy, materials, manufacturing and robotics.
- Strategic Forum (15 Oct): plenary sessions with more than 40 speakers on industry and technology trends.
- Innovation Club (15 Oct, afternoon): closed-door sessions on emerging technologies.
- Networking (both days): one-to-one meetings between technology centres and companies.
More than 500 professionals, 60 technology centres and over 80 organisations are expected. According to the organisers, 78% of attendees at previous editions started a collaboration after the event.
