It is a commitment to synergies between clusters as aggregators of business activity, enabling the promotion and acceleration of the adoption of new technologies and the creation of new cross-border industrial value chains.

S3FOOD aims to mobilize 2,000 European SMEs, with an expected participation of 200 in collaboration or matchmaking events. It will facilitate the digitization of the food processing industry by promoting the integration of smart sensors into their production processes, generating digital data and subsequently processing and exploiting it through the use of big data. All of this is intended to enhance quality control, resource efficiency, and complete traceability in the food production process.
